Looking for a rewarding role that makes a lasting impact?
Can you deliver valuable initiatives to support our local children and families?
This is a permanent opportunity, 30 hours per week within our growing Youth Justice Service.
What will your day look like?
In this rewarding role, no two days are ever the same. You’ll work directly with victims of youth crime, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights respected. Whether you’re offering restorative justice opportunities, liaising with families and external agencies, or developing victim-focused plans, your work will help people in North East Lincolnshire feel safe, empowered, and supported.
You’ll manage your own caseload, champion victim perspectives within a multi-agency team, and help shape how young people make amends. From referral panels to impact assessments, you’ll be integral to restorative practice delivery—transforming lives through empathy, dignity, and justice.
Who are we looking for?
You’re empathetic, resilient, and driven by a passion to support people impacted by crime. You bring excellent communication skills and a calm, trauma-informed approach. Your ability to build trust—across a range of communities and ages—helps victims feel safe, involved, and heard.
We’re looking for someone with a sound knowledge of restorative practices, safeguarding, and multi-agency working. You’ll be organised, adaptable, and confident advocating for inclusion, fairness, and voice in the youth justice process. If you believe in a Victim and Child First approach, we’d love to hear from you.
Why join us?
Because what you do will matter—deeply. At the heart of this role is the chance to create safer communities and stronger futures through restorative justice.
You’ll help people heal, grow resilience, and play a real part in shaping a trauma-informed, human-centred Youth Justice Service.
We’re a forward-thinking, values-driven team committed to collaboration, compassion, and positive change.
You’ll have opportunities for development, training, and to help influence services that put victims—and children—first.
