Littlecoates Primary Academy is excited to have opened a brand new SEND resource specialist provision for children in Early Years and Key Stage 1 with a Communication and Interaction primary need. Due to its success and growing need, we are looking for an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in establishing an outstanding provision.

The post requires you to support the SENDCO in establishing the new provision and be responsible for assisting the teaching and learning of children with EHCPs. You will be required to work closely with a small team of practitioners on a daily basis.

We are looking for 2 Pupil and Young Person Supervisors to join and complement our wonderfully supportive and highly skilled team.
PYPS applicants will be required to supervise pupils both in the dining hall and playground, engaging them in appropriate activities and maintaining good standards of behaviour in a calm but assertive manner. They should also be capable of setting up and clearing away tables and play equipment. The job involves working outside on a daily basis occasionally in inclement weather.

Our Children’s Commissioning Team Manager is responsible for managing a dedicated team of Specialist Commissioners and Assistants, who procure and quality assure external provision for Children in Care and Children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
Our Purpose
The Children’s Commissioning Team is currently on an exciting improvement journey, and we are looking for a Placement Team Manager that can support the team to fulfil their potential to deliver excellent outcomes for our children.
Your Role
You will be responsible for the effective day to day running and line management of this small, specialist and fast paced team. You will manage the process to effectively broker care placements that meet the needs of individual children. In addition to supporting the Head of Service on strategic work to ensure that we have robust and effective commissioning activity, that supports the council’s aim of providing excellent services for vulnerable children and their families.
You will have experience of ensuring that value for money is provided by external partners and oversee the quality assurance and contract management of provision, supported by the team.
Another important aspect to the role, will involve working closely with social workers and their managers to make improvements to service delivery in the interests of children.
About You
Previous experience of placement management, commissioning and/or contract management is essential.
Ideally, you'll have experience of leading and managing a team, whilst ensuring that team policies and procedures are followed.
You will also be an effective team player team with the ability to work autonomously when required.
Our ideal candidate would have a good understanding of the needs of children in care and have worked in a similar organisation/environment.
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to produce concise and accurate reports based on data, as well as excellent IT skills and the ability to follow a project management approach towards improvement.

We are looking to recruit a Debt Management Officer who will be responsible for contributing to maximising the effective recovery and management of debts to the Council including Council Tax, Business Rates, Sundry debts and Benefit overpayments.
The Role
The Post holder will be an essential part of the Shared service between North East and North Lincolnshire Councils Debt Management function and will be required to deal with sensitive, contentious and complex debt issues on behalf of either Council.
This is an agile role so the postholder may work from home or from good quality well maintained offices. However, there may be a need to travel to other sites/venues within the Council area.
The post holder will have the ability to prioritise workloads to meet set targets and deadlines, and the ability to work on their own initiative, within a pre-determined service delivery framework using appropriate IT systems. Candidates must have a sound knowledge of Council Tax, Business Rates and Housing Benefit legislation and Debt Recovery processes.
Previous Debt Management experience is essential. In addition to excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Decision making is an essential part of this post and the ability to respond to individual and complex queries from customers and look for acceptable solutions to problems which customers may identify.
Ideally you will have the IRRV technician level or an equivalent qualification (or substantial relevant experience) with good oral and written skills with GCSE's at grade 4 (formerly grade C) or above in English and Maths

Are you looking for a rewarding job, working within the School Admissions and Children Missing Education Service?
The School Admissions team plans and provides service in accordance with a variety of relevant legislation and a range of admissions authority policies to guarantee that all parents/carers are provided opportunity to apply for and access a school place, including the right of appeal.
The post holder will ensure that, in partnership with other services and stakeholders, those children arriving into and leaving the authority are tracked to their new educational establishment.
The Children Missing Education element of the role ensures that the local authority meets its statutory duty in respect of having arrangements in place to establish the identities of children and young people residing in the area who are not receiving a suitable education and ensure that they access such as soon as possible.
This is a varied role requiring technical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to continually reprioritise workload to coordinate school admissions applications and appeals, track children arriving into, moving within, or leaving the area and provide impartial advice and guidance to parents/carers and all relevant stakeholders, within and external to the local authority.
The role is for 23 core hours over five days, Mon-Fri (to be agreed).
