About Us
As a Social Worker in North East Lincolnshire’s Children’s Services, you will work as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality social work practice; ensuring the children’s service listens to the families and enables them to be involved in the decisions that affect their lives.
The role requires a recognised social work qualification and successful completion of ASYE (Assessed & Supported Year in Employment).
We have made a commitment to using the Signs of Safety practice model and are currently working on embedding Signs of Safety practice across the service and partner workforce.

About You
We are looking to recruit Level 2 Social Workers into our Children’s Services teams. With opportunities across different services, you will independently manage caseloads working directly with children, young people and their families/carers.
