The Role
The new Head of Corporate Parenting Service is a new role for us at NELC encompassing all our workforce, resources and services that have now been brought together under this Leader, to meet the needs of our Children in Care and Care experienced young people.
How You Can Make a Difference
We are looking for an experienced child focused and dynamic Manager who is as focused on achieving positive outcomes for our most vulnerable children and Young People as we are. We have over the last 12 months reviewed and redesigned all our services to ensure that they are working to our vision- this role is key for us in driving our statutory obligations as a Corporate parent -educational, health. emotional well-being and accommodation improvements and working alongside the Assistant Director and the Children’s Management team in meeting our agreed outcomes within our Transformation plan
